Beth Freschi is a relaxation and life coach based in St. Paul, MN and the owner of A Time for Expression, LLC. She holds a B.A. in psychology from St. Olaf College (Northfield, MN) and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from University of St. Thomas (St. Paul. MN). With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, she brings a wealth of professional knowledge to her nuanced, specialized relaxation classes and popular recordings.

If you are looking for stress relief and ways to improve your health and overall well-being, I invite you to experience my weekly guided relaxation training sessions on Zoom Wednesdays at 8 pm Central Time. You can attend regularly or occasionally — whenever you need a break.

I will guide you through effective relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body:

These guided relaxation sessions will be unlike any Zoom sessions you have attended — in the best way possible! Instead of leaning forward and focusing on the screen, I invite you to sit or lie back in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and experience the benefits of pleasant, effective relaxation techniques.

When: Wednesdays at 8 pm Central Time

The participants will be on mute, and their cameras will be switched off for privacy and to minimize distractions, so feel free to wear comfortable clothing, sit back, and enjoy a time to relax and recharge.

Life can be so busy and stressful, and this quote by Sydney J. Harris is one of my favorites because it helps remind us to make time for relaxation. It is so important to recharge your energy and “refill the well”. In the original article, Sydney talks about how when people get the time to relax, they are generally too exhausted to enjoy it. So he found that the way to relax is to spread it out during the week so that “the tensions don’t snap into listless apathy at the weekend”. I agree with this idea completely, so I encourage you to try one of my guided relaxation sessions and take the first step towards a more relaxed, centered life.
